Will the majority of companies in the United States offer remote or hybrid work options in 2025?

Today, many companies offer remote work from home or part-time hybrid work from home (Fortune). Following the Covid 19 pandemic, many large companies has continued to offer fully remote or part-time hybrid remote work options.

The Flex Index tracks office requirements for nearly 4,000 companies. As of Q2, 2023, 28% of companies tracked are "fully flexible," and an additional 30% are "structured hybrid."

The percentage of US companies that are Full Time In Office dropped from 49% in Q1 2023 to 42% in Q2 2023.
