Today, many companies offer remote work from home or part-time hybrid work from home (Fortune). Following the Covid 19 pandemic, many large companies has continued to offer fully remote or part-time hybrid remote work options.

The Flex Index tracks office requirements for nearly 4,000 companies. As of Q2, 2023, 28% of companies tracked are "fully flexible," and an additional 30% are "structured hybrid."
