The number of Americans who report a "great deal" or "quite a lot" of confidence in the Supreme Court has declined from 45% since polling began in 1975 to 30% in 2024, a modest improvement over the lowest score of 25% in 2022.
Will Gallup polling show a decline (i.e. 29% or less) in Americans' confidence in the Supreme Court in 2025?
