If Donald Trump is elected president in 2024 and the Constitution is amended under his presidency by January 20th 2029 at 12 PM Eastern Time, this market will resolve to YES.

If Donald Trump is elected president in 2024 but this does not occur by that time, this market will resolve to NO. Note that the Amendment has to happen while he is President, meaning that if he has stepped down (and the VP becomes either Acting President or President) or already died when the Amendment is passed, this will not be sufficient to resolve to YES.

If Donald Trump is not elected in 2024, this market will resolve N/A.
