§ 26-520 of the New York City administrative code contains a date later than "April 1, 2027," where the date is currently inserted in that section.
This question resolves to "NO" if, on April 1, 2027:
§ 26-520 of the New York City administrative code contains a date earlier than, or equal to, "April 1, 2027," where the date is currently inserted in that section.
