This question will resolve YES if the US Congress passes any legislation into law that creates or builds upon a regulatory framework for stablecoins in the US; otherwise the market resolves NO. Passing the GENIUS Act and/or STABLE Act will automatically count as YES. Executive Orders and agency rulemaking will not count. Regulation by enforcement, or lack thereof, will not count.
The market creator will not trade in this market. This question will not resolve to a percentage.
