The Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) publishes reports of Notifiable Data Breaches twice a year at https://www.oaic.gov.au/privacy/notifiable-data-breaches/notifiable-data-breaches-publications. These could be published up to five months after the period covered in the report.
Australian government agencies and large organisations must report data breaches that meet the criteria at https://www.oaic.gov.au/privacy/notifiable-data-breaches/report-a-data-breach
Resolves YES if the number of reported breaches is 500 or more, NO if fewer than 500. Resolves N/A if the OAIC does not publish a report for this period.
