Note that if the release an announcement on date d<June 30, but it states that they will pay out AFTER June 30, 2027, that doesn't make this YES. This will not YES upon announcement of a dividend at all. It will only YES at actual payment of dividend. It will NO if no dividend has been paid out by due date, +probably some days to verify this fact.

To YES the company has to actually pay out a dividend at or above the limit rate (0.1%) by the actual deadline.
