Resolves YES if Shayne Coplan is formally indicted, charged, or arrested for any felony offense (not misdemeanors) by any U.S. federal, state, or local authority before January 1, 2028. Resolves NO if no such charges are filed before January 1, 2028.
"Formally charged" means an official filing of charges by a prosecutor or grand jury indictment
Civil lawsuits, regulatory actions, or settlements without criminal charges would NOT resolve as YES
The outcome of any trial is irrelevant - only the filing of charges
International charges would not count unless extradited to and charged in the U.S.
Regulatory actions by agencies like the SEC or CFTC that do not include felony criminal charges would NOT resolve as YES
