This market shall resolve as Yes if the Supreme Court, in the first ruling on either Little v. Hecox or West Virginia v. B.P.J., subsequent to the launch of this market on January 14, 2026, issues an opinion or order by the End Date listed below, with the effect of disallowing a state law restricting participation in women's and girls' sports based on sex. PredictIt’s decisions and determinations under this rule shall be at PredictIt’s sole discretion and shall be final. End Date: 08/14/2026 11:59 PM (ET)
